Turmeric, the little miracle plant. Why I take it, it has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. However, the active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin. So in order to get all of the health benefits a person should take it in capsule form. Liquid B12, with B-complex. A must for anyone who follows a vegetarian diet. Even for those who are meat eaters, the best way to get B12 is by taking a supplement. This specific one is great, as you only add one drop under your tongue daily. The reason why I use vitamin B12 is to prevent anemia, I have a history of being anemic and with the change of my diet the B12 will prevent  my body from feeling tired & weak.
