Vinyasa Yoga

The foundation of yoga. In this yoga style we focus on flowing, warming up the body and creating heat. In Hatha yoga we also focus on holding postures which increases flexibility and helps to strengthen the muscles. This is a really beautiful yoga style, which is available to anyone. Beginners to advance.

2/3 breathing exercises 

45min: Vinyasa flow & asanas. 

warming up the body, sweating & enjoying.

5min:

Shavasana / corpspose.
